Our humble treatment space has evolved quite a lot recently.

Marcel and Chontelle are very exciting to be offering couples sessions! An opportunity for you and a partner or a friend to receive at the same time. Held side by side under the mountain in this cozy abode as you each journey through totally unique experiences.

We have been blown away by the potency of this offering already, sharing it with just some close friends. And now we’re ready to share it with the whole world.

An absolutely unforgettable Sunrise Sisterhood end of year celebration. 🥳 💖

Dancing, singing, and cruising the Noosa river with the women I’ve been in circle with the last few years. Holding each other. Falling. Growing. Ugly crying. Ridiculous laughing. The memories are so so so abundant.

A very happy 4 years to

More than just a studio. Although we might show up for the sweaty hot pilates, the clarity of flow yoga or the peace of restorative practice, we stay for the community. A space that feels like home. No judgement. No trends. Just real people pulsing through life together anchored in the self care and accountability of consistent movement practice.

It’s an absolute privilege to pour my energy into this family and I’m so grateful for the abundance of love I receive in return. 💖🙏🏻
