I return here as a reference. One hand over the heart one hand over the belly.

I remember first coming here in my early days of practicing yoga and deep belly breathing. The lineage of Reiki also incorporates this gesture of the hands covering the body.

A practice: offer yourself or someone else an apology/ loving expression from the higher self of someone who caused hurt. Allow what was broken to be healed by truth and loving kindness.

Whatโ€™s the higher self?
Itโ€™s the purest entity / energy / version of ourself that we are each striving to align to. Itโ€™s the most divine essence of our individual expression.
