After 25 years of censorship, Dr. Andrew Wakefield has finally been vindicated!!

Ive had so many converstions for 18+ years now with friends, my kids paedeatrician and clients who all said "His views have been debunked ", "Hes a gastroentrinologist, not a paed, what would he know they'd say"

Well actually Ive always replied "censored and silenced has been the game". He was seeing patterns in kids post MMR vax in his clinic, he did studies with other professionals who didnt want to risk their licenses to share their findings.

So he took the data and risked it all, lost his licence and bore the grunt of defamation, labelled anti vax etc

However, a landmark review of 300+ peer-reviewed studies confirms what thousands of parents and Dr. Wakefield tried to show back in 1998 — a link between the MMR vaccine, gut inflammation, and neurodevelopmental regression.

Wakefield never claimed causation. He called for independent investigation.

LETS DISCUSS THE SALT MYTH !

Somewhere along the way, salt went from sacred to “scary & we’re told it’s the enemy of health". But here’s the real story 👇

Back in the 1960s, a study claimed sodium caused high blood pressure. What most people don’t know? Those test doses were 150 times higher than what a human would ever normally eat.

Still, that’s all it took for the anti-salt movement to begin — and soon doctors were telling everyone to eat “low-salt” diets. The problem? That advice led to a generation of mineral-depleted, common low-stomach-acid & exhausted bodies.

Salt carries minerals, building blocks for your heart, muscles, brain, hormones, and digestion. When mineral levels drop, your body struggles to make enzymes, hydrochloric acid (HCl), and even energy.

🩺 The Medical Paradox - Ever called an ambulance, or been admitted to hospital? First thing they do, hook you up to a normal saline (salt water) bag.

The irony here?..... that same medical system has conditioned us that SALT is bad and to refrain from using salt. I mean, make that make sense.🤔

Anyway back to the salt, salt isn’t the problem. Processed, refined table salt is.

It’s stripped of all its natural minerals, leaving only sodium chloride — a dead, isolated form that throws off your body’s balance.

Contrary to what the pharmaceutical industry may suggest, healing is not solely dependent on medication.

CHICKPEAS are my go-to lately to supplement core areas that my body needs, but also a quick on the go healthy nutritious choice.

Chickpeas are a nutritional powerhouse, offering numerous health benefits. Rich in protein and fiber, they support healthy digestion and help maintain a stable blood sugar level.

Their plant-based protein makes them an excellent choice for vegetarians and vegans, while their high fiber content promotes heart health by lowering cholesterol levels.

Packed with essential vitamins and minerals, such as iron, magnesium, and folate, they contribute to better energy levels and overall well-being.

Dont have tahini? ..........no problem.....I substitute with peanut butter (obviously you need to modify if allergic to nuts).

Here's a recipe I make below which is super popular every time I make it.

1 x can drained and washed chickpeas (or soak your own equivalent overnight).
1 x Heaped teaspoon of peanut butter
Juice of 1 Lemon
Fresh organic basil and mint - to your liking
Pinch of salt, pepper and cumin
2 -3 heaped tablespoons of organic cultured Greek yoghurt.
Optional - small clove of garlic / chilli flakes, olives, pomegranate seeds to dress on top

Blend and start dipping, applying to wraps, lunchboxes or the next party platter! :)

🚨 Our Medical System is built for Crisis, Not Complexity.....

Modern medicine excels at saving lives in emergencies. Break bones, have a stroke, appendicitis, infection, it’s fast, efficient, life-saving. Fabulous yes, were grateful.

Why? Because the system was designed around wars, trauma, and infectious disease outbreaks. It’s built on, standard protocols, Drugs and surgeries, fast diagnosis & treatment & being discharged.

This works brilliantly for acute conditions. But it breaks down when it comes to chronic illness like migraines, autoimmune, IBS, arthritis, fatigue, anxiety, these don’t follow simple patterns. These are rooted in stress & nervous system dysregulation, diet & gut health, unprocessed trauma/grief, genetics + environment, poor sleep, burnout, & lack of support.

The system approach is “Here’s a pill.”, “Let’s run a blood test.” or worse, “It’s all in your head.” The “one-size-fits-all doctor” model doesn't work here. GP doctors are trained in Diagnostics, Pharmaceuticals, & symptom management.
