Eight Pieces of Brocade (Ba Duan Jin) is a classical Qi Gong practice made up of eight simple, flowing movements that gently stretch, strengthen, and harmonize the whole body. Rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, each movement supports specific organs and meridians, helping to regulate Qi, calm the nervous system, and cultivate vitality.
☯ 8-Week Tai Chi Course: 10 Forms
Mondays 8:15am-9am, March 23 - May 25, 2026
This 10-Form Tai Chi course offers a gentle, welcoming introduction to Tai Chi that is accessible, practical, and supportive for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. The short, flowing sequence is easy to learn and designed to build balance, coordination, and calm. Class can be practiced standing or seated, making this course suitable for all abilities, including those with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or simply wanting a softer approach.

Qi Gong is an ancient mindful movement practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Support your body’s natural defences and cultivate steady, resilient energy in this nourishing 8-week Qi Gong journey. Through gentle, rhythmic movement, breath, and mindful attention, we’ll stimulate circulation, balance the organs, and build Wei Qi (protective energy) from the inside out.
