Come and join us for Crystal bowl meditation to help quiet the mind, relax, allow the frequency of the bowls to shift and clear your energy and step into alignment for your highest good.

We have a beautiful group where we enjoy a quick cuppa and chat and enjoy 20-30min if divine sound healing through Crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and more.

If your feeling like your just surviving and can’t catch up with yourself. Are these energies all getting to much and you just want to hide away this is the perfect time to step out of your default coping mechanisms and choose differently. Take some YOU Time and press pause on the outside world and reset your nervous system to help you live and step into alignment and come back to centre.

If you’ve been struggling feeling flat, overwhelmed, just not yourself even knumb? The energies of the eclipse last Sunday night were huge and to back that up we went through the 9/9/9 portal in numerological terms this was a HUGE completion date… completing those cycles of limiting beliefs, limiting patterns, limiting connections, karmic contracts and much more. all that was holding you back is falling away and that can be scary and uncomfortable because on some level we knew that version of ourselves was deemed “safe” what is deemed unsafe by our ego self is change into the unknown the part of our selves that deep down we know we want to be the best version of ourselves and taking that step is HUGE this is where movement can break through that barrier and slow our bodies to just be. Through gentle intentional movement we can clear the energy of these. We can shift and alchemise our frequency we can move into the new held in a safe container to call in that version of ourselves we want to step into.

Join us as we move our bodies or just soak up the energies while you draw/create or journal or get guidance with some oracle cards and just allowing the frequencies to flow through you
