So stoked ... I realized today that I finished yesterday with my 100th session since starting this business in May this year.

100 moments of holding space for my clients to experience whatever their intention is for coming to see me. Thousands of fork activations taking place in that time.

Whether you've experienced a quick 20 min session at a "Create & Take" event, come for one session to give it a try or you are one of my many fabulous clients who have booked multiple times in the 6 months of operating, I am truly blessed and honored that you have trusted me to help you on your journey.

I really do love doing this work & am excited to see how far this goes & evolves along the way.... and how I evolve along with it.

Wow here we are, the second last month of 2025.

A lot of people start to find this time of year 'rushed, stressful, anxious, hard, isolated & overwhelmed with day to day tasks' and other people find it 'fun, joyous, social, excited & love this time of year'.... regardless of what or how you feel, there is no right or no wrong.... it's all about BALANCE.

So if you feel drawn to book a session or 3 to bring some moments of 'calm amongst the chaos', relax and treat yourself to some 'self-care', here's my availability for November & December.

I'm excited to be doing my level 2 Acutonics course this month which means: new learnings & new forks (YAY!) so those who will see me from 28 Nov onwards will get a deeper level of healing at 'I am' Healing Gifts.
