So many scrumptious morsels over the xmas eve, xmas day festivities ✨🎄✨
We had a cheese platter of spanish truffle cheese, french cheese like brie & a cranberry something… hommus, veg sticks, crackers, sicilian olives (my fav), fruit, nuts, gf crackers etc… some yummo chicken red capsicum & pineapple skewers with marinade & peanut satay sauce, steamed asparagus wrapped in pancetta, along with fig & goats cheese tartlets… served with some pomegranate kombucha & mint leaves.
For late breaky, after some paw paw & delicious watermelon early, we had some sourdough pancakes with apricot compote & berry compote, some vanilla bean Pana ice cream & maple syrup, figs & walnuts… then the beginnings of a rocket, burnt fig salad, etc etc… can you tell figs are a bit of a feature?!
Id eat them all year round as my chosen fruit if I could 😍
I hope you are eating all of the nourishment & enjoying all of the fabulous company. Enjoying plenty of hydration, laughter & movement like dancing 💃
I’m taking a pocket of time today to reflect on the year that has passed & what id like focus on & bring in to 2026, before I fly to Perth tonight 💫
The reindeer ears havent come off yet! Such a joy bubble for a few days a year 🎄
