I love black tahini. Tahini in general, but black tahini is something else. Being a black food it is great for the kidneys. This morning i had turmeric sourdough with black tahini, basil pesto, avocado & grape tomatoes. Sprinkle of sea salt & some talls trees to soak in & it hit the spot 🙌 What did you have for breaky this morning?

Mmm 🌿 The brew from our yoni steam the other nights before the simmering & brewing began 🌸 We had 7 delightful women join together in circle 🥰 Aiming to run them monthly, or thereabouts.

Tomorrow night we are hosting our first (hopefully monthly) yoni steaming circle. Come & gather with other women & chat & receive while steaming. Bonita & I will be co-facilitating. It is held in Cooroy between 5:30-7pm. $50pp. There will be herbs brewing to use for your steaming, gorgeous chunky natural stools to steam from, organic tea to drink, education on steaming, a transmission/meditation while you steam, music, connecting with others - all in a casual warm space the The Natural Womb. This is perfect if you are navigating hormonal irregularities, painful periods, postpartum, general wellbeing, thursh, etc. Send me a DM if you’d like to join the small group already keen. Not suitable if you are bleeding or pregnant. Perfect just after your bleed though 🙌

I loved my breaky creation this morning & wanted to share ✨ I roasted some organic potatoes earlier in the week & wasnt eating the remainder so i blitzed them in the thermie for 1sec & then crisped them up in the pan with tallow. Chopped some brussel sprouts & broccoli & added to the pan to char & steam, then added a happy egg 🥚
Threw in a bowl once cooked them drizzled black tahini, olive oil, sea salt & radish sprouts 🌱on top. It was bangin’ 🕺 I recommend.

Today’s herbal tea brew. The colour of these purple cornflower blossoms are gorgeous. So much fun blending these. I have a handful already made but happy to blend your own individual organic tea blend. Pop in & access me during the community apothecary hour on Wednesdays between 9-10am in Cooroy, or while enjoying a Naturopath consultation with me I can blend one woven by what presents in your iris picture 👁️ 🌿 🫖

It’s been over a month of fullness & I’m finally landing in the beauty of my time in Central Australia. The red dirt & blue skies are something else. The spring fed water hole, camping under the night sky at Lilla, the smoking ceremony on country, the herbal medicine brews over an open fire, the birthing cave, the timelessness of the first spiritual pilgrimage on Earth & so many moments of just breathing it all in. Beauty. Wisdom. Plants. Nature. People. Honouring nature 🌿

Upcoming warming Winter cleansing retreat, while camping amongst Mother Nature 🍃
We are so excited to welcome you to a 5 day, 4 night retreat on July 30th-Aug 3rd. Fire questions my way through a DM or in the comments. There will be a fabulous sweat lodge at the retreat to attend & so much warmth around the fire 🔥, sunrise walks, warming soups to cleanse with, nature to hold us, spring fed stream, magnesium pool, meditations & more.
Let’s choose this inward season to support our system & not wait until Spring or Summer.

Ive landed in the red centre ready to learn about traditional lore, traditional herbal medicine & who knows what else. There is a lot unknown about the week ahead & i love that!
I do know we’ll be camping near a natural spring though 😍
