Knee pain when you walk? Try these 2 exercises 👇

If every step is reminding you your knee isn’t happy, it’s usually not just the knee — it’s a strength + control issue around the hip and quad.

✅ Exercise 1: Slow supported split squats
Builds quad strength and improves knee tolerance to load.

✅ Exercise 2: Single-leg Romanian deadlifts
Improves hip control so your knee doesn’t collapse in when you walk.

Do them slow. Do them controlled. Aim for mild discomfort at most — not a flare-up.

Strong legs = happier knees.
