I am a passionate natural birth advocate and mum of two boys. I have been a natural therapist for over thirteen years, specialising in women’s health and children’s issues. I am also a hypnotherapist , every worker and an Advanced practitioner of The Australian Bushflower Essences. I was guided to seek out a natural childbirth education program from the moment I knew I was pregnant with my first son. My attention and resonance was immediately to HypnoBirthing. After assimilating and practicing the relaxation and self-hypnosis techniques I learned from HypnoBirthing, I calmly, painlessly and ecstatically birthed my two boys with grace, harmonically balanced to my natural birthing instincts and fully in my power as a woman ... and I was inspired to pay it forward and become a practitioner of this remarkable program. I offer a number of birthing support services including;
HypnoBirthing AustraliaTM Childbirth Education, consisting of 4 weekly or fortnightly classes of 3 hour’s duration. Weekend Hypnobirthing AustraliaTM courses operating on two Sundays of each month
I have a home studio space at Copacabana where I teach small group classes and I also offer private tuition and teach you in the comfort of your own home. I also offer zoom sessions. What does the course include?
1. A comprehensive folio of resources
2. A variety of relaxation scripts and videos available on an online platform called Kajabi
3. The downloads include 2 Self-Hypnosis tracks " The Surge of the Sea" and "Rainbow Mist" which include a Birth Affirmations track and a divine mix of music for childbirth.
4. Advice and guidance on formulating your birth preferences for caregivers
5. Email and phone support for you right up until your birthing day . Cost is $555 for a group class

Essence Four contains essences that enhance recovery from birth, hormonal balance, and help to access and honour her mother’s intuition, for breastfeeding and bonding support and also is designed to help with adjusting to the life change that is bringing a new soul into the world. COST of KIT is $99and includes the gift of a unique birthing and bonding crystal for mum and baby. Individual Remedies are available for $25 each and all prices include postage.
