today i had lunch & a local Vino @ Larsens Restaurant - Phoebes Restaurant
then to have my most favorite coffee Cafe, Gulgong . popped into the gulgong newsagents to get some photo copies then my creme de la cream of the month a spray tan that makes me feel like i just got off the cruise from Hawaii 💓🏝️ 🌸👌🥰 a slow lovely quiet 13 km drive back home to my five sausage dogs ☺️they are my family & my two Unicorns

4. What should I expect on my first visit?
Your first visit includes a short one-page questionnaire that you will have already received after making your booking. This allows me to create a customised massage to suit your needs. Lomi Lomi requires that you completely undress, but please know you will be fully respected. You are never left uncovered at any time, and you will remain warm, comfortable and deeply relaxed throughout the entire treatment.

5. How can I prepare for my session?
Lomi Lomi is deeply cleansing and detoxifying due to the lymphatic drainage effect. It is helpful to drink plenty of water before and after your session to support the natural release of toxins. Pure organic coconut oil is used and soaks beautifully into the skin and hair. Your skin should be clean before your treatment so it can fully receive the nourishment of the oil.

6. Will my hair be oily?
A little bit. I use pure organic coconut oil which is very nourishing and excellent for hair, skin and scalp health. It rinses out very easily.
