Knowledge and experience is important, Director Katrina Dawson has over 30 years of experience in Classical Ballet and Dance (RAD), as well as Pilates and Barre. She is also a Professional Coach, Trainer and Mental Health First Aider. When it comes to Barre, Katrina is a professionally certified Barre Attack Instructor. Barre Attack (founded by Renee Scott) is a low impact, high intensity workout to popular tunes, combining pilates work, short cardio intervals and dance moves. The class is accessible for all levels of fitness, all ages, genders and suitable for pre and post-natal as well.
