ORACLE CARDS
It’s not just about ‘what the book says’ but rather what you feel and interpret from the reading.

I personally love working with oracle cards.
They provide you with an opportunity for reflection and interpretation.

It may not land first read - but they could be talking about the past or the future, or perhaps the present that you may not be seeing.

Oracle cards were one of the first tools i leaned into on this ‘spiritual journey’ and i still do use them!

I think there’s always a message out there for us from spirit! Using Oracle cards is a conscious ‘yes’ to spirit that you’re open to receiving insight/feedback/a message!

Give it a crack-a-lack!
It’s not just about ‘what the book says’ but rather what you feel and interpret from the reading.

How can this card apply to your life right now? Are there points for reflection? Is there a trigger when you read the message? What really stood out for you?

Oracle cards are meaningless unless YOU are willing to receive a message.

If you have a session with me, oracle cards are welcomed into the space and using them for a deep dive is always fun!!!
Plenty of oracle card decks to choose from đŸ€

WORTH

We are inherently worthy simply by being a human being.
By being a living organism and partaking in this life as a person, we are worthy.

What of?
The basics.. Respect, Acceptance, Honesty, Love, and more

However we cannot just go around demanding these things just because we are human. What we are worthy of we should practice reciprocating to others.
A natural ‘give and receive’ cycle. Keeping things balanced and harmonious.

Just because you make money doesn’t mean you’re worth more than anyone else. Just because you have more followers or likes doesn’t make you worth more than anyone else.
Just because you complete more duties in your week doesn’t make you worth more than anyone else.

We are inherently worthy and therefore inherently equal.
Acknowledge others worth and reciprocate that to them just as you would want for yourself.
And if someone doesn’t acknowledge or degrades your worth, you are in charge of upholding it.

Know your worth.
Know the worth of others.
Give as you would like to receive.

my reality is unfolding
and i am merely flowing amidst it.

i have goals, i have a path ahead.
i don’t put the rocks in my way, they’re just there.
i don’t put them there, but i choose that path.

and yes, oh yes but i must
continue flowing that way.

a river running rapidly
rapidly or not
will reach its fall and find its next body of water.

no matter the rocks, leaves, and fallen trees
that water must continue flowing.
that’s the law of nature.

just as so we the human beings
no choice but to face the path we choose.
even if we hit rocks or trees fall down on us,
we must continue on.

no going back.
that’s the law of nature.
that’s the journey of life.

we cannot stop challenges from meeting us on our path.
we can’t unsee them, ignore them, or downplay their significance.
no matter the path we take, they’re there.

challenges unfold and we keep going.
until we reach the next body of water that feels like home.

We will continuously shed through layers and skins of our own self.
It’s vital to hold and express unconditional love for these versions that are eternally unfolding.
Loving one’s self creates a safe environment for one’s self to grow and evolve unapologetically.

When we are in a safe environment; free to expand and evolve, the knowledge, wisdom, and potentiality that births from this space is truely magical and can only reach its greatest potential through the support of love.

Basically just love all versions of yourself through life because it allows you to tap into your greatest potential much smoother!!!!

A lot can be found within the downward facing dog.
Downward facing dog is a pivotal posture for your Yoga practice.
From this place you can transition into your vinyasa; flip the dog; three legged dog; or maintain stillness, ebbing and flowing with the breath.

Stillness in the downward facing dog is what I want to touch on.
Whilst there are many places we can venture to from the downward facing dog, stillness is a journey within itself.
I have found that holding a downward facing dog, provides me time to explore the internal structures of my mind and body.
With each breath there is space to adjust for optimal foundations in the posture itself. With each breath there is also then space to sink deeper in the posture; in the stillness; and inwards.
For a few moments of the day, resting in this downward facing position, I feel away from the world and I face my mat. I close my eyes and I reset. I regain synergy with my breath (prana; life force), and I regulate.
The downward facing dog is a posture with such potential for exploration, depth, and rejuvenation.

I encourage you to spend a few more breaths in your downward facing dog

* Exhale out of the mouth with sound;
* Focus on the weight distribution between your hands and feet
* Journey WITH the breath as you inhale and exhale
* Close down your eyes and find stillness
* Enjoy the sensations within
* Tune out from the world and go inward

all in the downward facing dog.

Friendly reminder I teach at every Wednesday at 6pm with more classes to come in 2026!

Lots of love,

I notice that people disregard or devalue their sadness/reaction to a certain event after the fact. almost like they're looking back at the event and they wish they weren't sad or believe they didn't have the grounds to be sad.

I feel this is a complete neglect and disregard for the self. Because at the end of the day, if your initial response is sadness, own your sadness. Own your reaction. You can absolutely reflect and hold preference for a different response that you deem more rational, but do not downplay your primal response after the fact, because that's dismissing your own feelings and we must ALWAYS have our own back.

Feel it. Validate it. Own it. đŸŒ±

3 Dynamic variations of Cat-Cow

Variation 1: Barrel Roll
-> Inhale, drop the belly, eye gaze goes up for your Cow. As you are dropping the belly, throughout your inhale, shift your weight over to one side.
-> After reaching one side and completing the inhale, begin exhaling and from that same side you have shifted over to, begin arching your back and tucking your tailbone and chin for your Cat. As you complete the exhale and ease into your arch, shift your body over to the opposite side.
-> Once reached the opposite side and completed the exhale, repeat
Inhale, Cow, shift over to one side etc. etc.
**Be sure to practice this dynamic movement on both sides.

Variation 2: Cow-Child’s Pose
-> Inhale, drop the belly, eye gaze goes up for your Cow, all whilst you are shifting your weight forward. At the completion of your inhale you should be on a slight angle forwards.
-> Exhale, arch the back, tuck the tailbone and chin for your Cat, all whilst flowing backwards, dropping the buttocks onto the ankles, reaching child’s pose.
**This dynamic flow can evoke a ‘wave’ like motion in the body. Be with the entirety of your inhale and exhale and enjoy the flow

Variation 3: Child’s Pose-Cobra
Starting from Child’s Pose

-> Inhale, rising up from your child’s pose on the knees, maintain an arched back as if you’re in Cat.. once you have reached even weight distribution between knees and wrists/hands, continue with your inhale and drop the belly, eye gaze goes up - now finding your Cow flow.
Keep pushing your hips forward and down towards the mat. Maintain strength in your shoulders and wrists, create a slight back bend, and drop the head back for your Cobra.
-> Exhale, tuck the chin into your chest, arch the back, lift your hips away from the mat and tuck in your tailbone - finding your Cat flow.
Maintain the arch and position of your Cat and push your weight backwards.. your buttocks sits back towards the ankles and arms stay out straight. Find your child’s pose.
**Keep palms still on the mat. This dynamic flow from Child’s Pose to Cobra utilises the foundations of the Cat Cow flow.
