5 Ingredient Thai Style Chicken Meatballs 🙌
These are a staple for a quick mid week dinner in our house.
I love to serve them as pictured with rice and veggies/salad, but they are also great for lunchboxes and as an
on-the-go high protein snack 👏👏
THE BALLS!
👉🏼 500g chicken mince
👉🏼 1 tsp chopped ginger
👉🏼 2 shallots, finely chopped
👉🏼 2 handfuls of fresh coriander, finely chopped
👉🏼 1.5 tbsp fish sauce (you could probably use tamari, but I haven’t tried it).
Mix it all together in a bowl and spin into the air fryer (about 1 tbsp per ball).
Cook for 15mins at 185 C

😎 you could absolutely sub the ginger for garlic, the coriander for parsley etc etc. if you don’t like these flavours just use the base recipe to create your own 😎
