For me, Christmas still carries the ache of missing my brother.
The empty space at the table. Talking s**t in the corner on Christmas Day.
The moments that catch me off guard when everyone else seems to be celebrating.

Some years I can hold the joy and the grief together.
Other years it’s heavier. Both are ok.

If you’re grieving someone, something, or the version of life you thought you’d have by now…
