As we step into the warmer months, it’s the perfect time for a little refresh—both in wellness and in policies!
To ensure the best experience for everyone, here are a few important reminders that apply to all services, including equine, canine, and human:
🌿 Your Appointment is Reserved Just for You!
Please arrive on time. If you’re late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s appointment. Arriving 15 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment.
☀️ Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged in full. Payment must be made before booking your next session.
🌸 Respecting Time
Each appointment is designed with your care in mind. If you’re unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible so another client—whether human, horse, or dog—can take the spot.
💳 Payment
Payment is due at the time of your session. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, debit, e-transfer, and cash.
🌼 Health & Wellness First
If you or your animal are feeling unwell, please notify me before your appointment to help maintain a safe and comfortable space for everyone.
