These are small, well-defined spots caused by UV exposure increasing pigment in the skin. They usually appear on areas like the face, chest and hands and can often respond well to treatments like skin rejuvenation, peels, or pigment-targeting therapies.

🌿 Melasma
Melasma is a deeper, hormonally influenced pigmentation condition that often appears as larger, patchy areas on the cheeks, forehead, upper lip or jawline.
