Dear customers, although restrictions have changed in rural Vic we are not reopening our shop front. We will continue to operate an appointment based service. This allows us to work in our part time jobs, keep the business going and pay the bills. Please either call on the mobile, email or message us and we will set up an appointment. Thanks for understanding, we look forward to continuing to support our Phillip Island community.

For several days we have been dealing with what we consider a moral and ethical dilema. We have had requests from holiday makers for hire equipment. Given the strengthening of the Government messaging we have today called those clients and cancelled their booking. We do not believe we can play our part in protecting our community and our vulnerable customers if we meet those requests.

For our regular local customers we believe this is the right decision for you and our community. We are able to provide contactless delivery of new equipment and can arrange contactless repair of your equipment.

Our first week working with the shop closed has been a challenge. But we are getting there.
We have been able to deliver hire equipment needed by people recovering from injury. Set up repair (contactless) for a resident who needs her walker to get around the house. Deliver new tyres to a wheelchair user who needs to do essential shopping. We are doing our bit to look after our customers. Please call us on the mobile if you need equipment. To all our customers. Our business focuses on supporting the most vulnerable in our community. Those who are older, those who have disabilities. The very people who are most at risk of the Corona Virus. We have therefore decided to close our shopfront to the public. If you need equipment please call or email us. A good reason to have your walker/rollator checked over regularly. This is from the front of a wheelie walker that had a wobbly wheel. If this had failed in use it may have led to a nasty fall and we want all our customers to stay safe.
A checkup takes a few minutes and is free, just let us know you are coming in, or if you would like us to come to you.
