This week was a big one. We caught up with some old friends who reminded us how good it feels to reconnect… and we also lost a dear friend, a reminder of how fragile and precious life really is.

🌿 Short Break Incoming 🌿

We’ll be taking a little pause to rest, reset, and recharge before the next stretch of sauna season.

Our last sessions will be this Saturday, 8th November, and we’ll be back steaming from Thursday, 20th November.

There’s still room for a sauna this week before we head off — so if you’ve been meaning to jump in for a session, now’s your chance! 💦🔥
