🎨Artspace is a social group for young people ages 12 - 25yrs to develop their creative talent alongside like-minded peers.

Learn to make art through a variety of mediums such as watercolour, pencil, mixed media and the natural environment!

Artspace runs 5 sessions alongside each school term 📆with 10 spots per group.

It's almost that time of the year where we celebrate headspace Day 2025🎉

This years theme is 'Making space', so here at headspace Cowra we will be holding a 'Sharing the Space' open day for community members to explore our centre and services, and get to know our lovely staff members new and familiar. 💚

The event will be taking place on Oct 9th and we will be releasing more info in the lead up to the day, so stay tuned!👂

We're excited to be kicking off the announcement of our new gardening group 'Greenthumbs'!🌱👍

The group aims to teach young people the basics of plant care ornamental 🪻or edible 🍅, from sowing to harvest.

Along the way you'll learn about:
🌸Designing a Garden
🌸Gardening on a budget
🌸Companion planting
🌸Adapting to your local environment
And plenty more.

We won't be digging in until Term 4 starts in October so there's plenty of time to reach out and secure your plot!
