I love this post! Barefoot is not just good for biomechanics, it’s good for kids brains too!

And when they need to be wearing shoes, choose shoes that allow the feet to “behave” as though they are barefoot.

- Secure fastening over the top of the foot AND behind the heel so little feet don’t have to grip the shoes to keep them on
- A thin, firm sole (no, little feet don’t need cushioning)
- A wide forefoot so little toes can spread out

My kids go barefoot a lot, and it's only natural.

Covid19 Test Results

People awaiting swabs results are asked to be be patient. Health Staff are doing the best they can to get results processed.

Patients whom have had a swab at the Cowra Medical Associate Practice , would have been given a copy of the below instructions , which the practice is asked to provide on behalf of Health Pathology , to assist patients to obtain results.

Patients should follow the instructions on the attached form . This is the quickest way to obtain your results .

Please note this practice is NOT affiliated in any way with the drive through testing clinic at the Cowra Show-ground and have nothing to do with receiving the results. Patients are asked to not be upset with our staff at the medical centre about this .

Patients wishing to obtain their results from the Cowra Show Ground drive through clinic should contact NSW Health for instructions.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all of our practice staff whom have been now continually undertaking Covid 19 testing since March 2020. This is an enormous effort by all of the staff at the medical centre in an attempt to continually keep our community safe .
