Starting next Saturday; Maree and I will be running weekly sound bath and meditation groups for anyone who would like to come and enjoy an opportunity to breathe; relax and rejuvenate with the relaxing frequencies of the singing bowls.
Booking will be available on the app this week with limited spaces available; tickets will be available at $25 per person.
All you have to do is book your ticket and bring along your yoga mat; a pillow or cushion and a water bottle.
