Its time to move some stock on. 🥳

I am deleting what gets sold and adding to the post often so please check in for some great bargains between 10 and 50% off retail.

I'll be adding stock in throughout this week and next week until I'm at the Cowra Community Markets on Saturday 15th November.

If I am sending stock please note that postage costs will be added on as some items are heavier than others.

I am also doing delivery for locals within town limits.

Payment is via Square.

Hi Beautiful Community. 💗

Its been a minute!

I was running on empty after closing the shop and I've really needed some time to take care of myself.

Self care has been more than baths and pedicures.

I've been learning to say no when the people pleaser part in me wants to says yes.

Speaking up and having hard conversations when needed for mental health and well being.

Being honest with myself and having compassion for how I feel.

Setting boundaries at bedtime to put the phone down and stop endless scrolling on social media.

Seeking support when I need it.

Resting when my body is tired.

Moving every day.

Self care starts from the moment you wake up.

Wishing you all a wonderful day to create new opportunities that lighten the heart and brighten the spirit. 💗
