Hello, beautiful community!

In 2024, I began an exploration with Human Garage, focusing on fascia maneuvers and understanding how fascial restrictions contribute to stress, discomfort, and tension within the body. Among the various energy modalities I have encountered, fascia maneuvers truly felt like a crucial element I had been seeking.

Following my initial eye surgery in 2024, I experienced significant levels of pain and stress, compounded by the daily challenges of living with an autoimmune condition.

As shown by my progress photographs, this journey has been, and continues to be, profoundly transformative, and my appreciation for these maneuvers has grown considerably.

I am currently midway through my coaching certification and am very much looking forward to sharing my expanded knowledge with the community.

The year 2026, the Year of the Horse, has certainly arrived, and I believe we are embarking on a memorable period of transformative energy, moving us into a new chapter as we outgrow the old, we can only move forward.

When your clients can't come to you, you pack up and bring the experience to them. 💗✨️

We also had a sweet little girl who was initially a little worried about her Mum, however once the energy began to flow, she settled down and went to sleep. 🥹 💗

Weekly sound bath meditation group🤍
Starting next Saturday; Maree and I will be running weekly sound bath and meditation groups for anyone who would like to come and enjoy an opportunity to breathe; relax and rejuvenate with the relaxing frequencies of the singing bowls.
Booking will be available on the app this week with limited spaces available; tickets will be available at $25 per person.
All you have to do is book your ticket and bring along your yoga mat; a pillow or cushion and a water bottle.
