Our crystal singing bowls are a beautiful way to relax and recharge as you go on an inner journey into peace and tranquillity with the guidance of sound.

Our bowls are made from high quality quartz crystal, which is known as an amplifier of positive energy.

The frequency of the different of bowls are used to align the body's energy system into a more balanced and harmonious state.

A sound healing session can be a very calming and relaxing experience, where you simply relax and let the sounds and vibrations wash over you.

You can close your eyes or leave them open.

Sound healing often takes people on an inner journey where they experience different feelings and emotional states as they move towards a deeper feeling of well-being.

When we slow down, we give our brilliant bodies an opportunity to rest, reset and thrive.

So, if you're feeling stuck or stagnant, an energy reset maybe just what you need!

I have two appointments left for Monday. 💗✨️

I love Reiki, Crystal and Sound days. ✨️

The body is AMAZING. Its always wanting to create balance and harmony, and will adapt itself no matter the circumstances via the mind, emotions, physical and spiritual. ✨️

Our job is to pay attention. Listen. Be mindful and give the body and opportunity to rest and heal with love and support. 💗

This is where Reiki. Crystals and Sound Therapy come in, as they're all ways we can align our energy system with what our body needs to thrive. ✨️

Each session is different just as each person is different and all of it is okay. Laughter. Tears. Sadness. Sleeping. Talking. It's energy moving and as we give you a non judgemental space to release the heavy energy, you create space for a lighter you.

Celebrating my 11th year on Facebook!

I started this page making affirmations because I loved supporting people. I know how lonely the healing road can be and over time as its evolved, had a name change and as I embraced my self and my own healing journey I started to align and share what has supported me. Reiki. Crystals. Sound all continue to a light in dark times and I love supporting you on your own journey.
