Hawthorn - Crataegus spp. from the Greek kratos meaning strength and akis meaning sharp.

The leaves, flowers and or berries can be used to support heart health and in Western herbal medicine the berries are used to support circulation.

Hawthorn can be used for:
Mild congestive heart failure

Heart attack prevention
