Let the ‘nesting’ begin 🤰🏻

As Christmas approaches, I’m now easing into preparation mode for baby #3 to arrive near the end of January 2026.

I’ve been in full on nesting mode for a while now which has been lovely to feel so organised for our latest addition to arrive.

I won’t be offering any ‘regular’ Reiki Healings or Yoga classes in 2026 as such, but I may host some events throughout the year if it feels aligned at the time. I’ve not put any expectations on myself for 2026 as I know my hands and heart will be very full. I trust the universe will guide me in the direction my work/life journey is meant to go.

We’ve kept baby’s gender a surprise and cannot wait to see what little cherub has chosen us to be his/her parents.

Happy (early) 2nd Birthday to our sweet, yet stubborn and sassy little Ella 💕

We decided to celebrate a month early this year and despite the weather being cold and rainy for a late November celebration. It was lovely to be able to separate her birthday and Christmas a bit more this year. (She was born 3 days before Christmas). I feel like this might become the yearly tradition, but time will tell 💁🏻‍♀️

If you have a child who was born close to Christmas what do you guys do?

I feel like it can be a tough time to navigate with friends and family often away during the festive time.

What is your scale of happiness today, or this week?

It’s so easy to live life and forget to actually enjoy it.

This a beautiful reminded to:
✨ Do the things you love
✨ Use the nice crockery
✨ Wear the pretty dresses
✨ Go for the evening sunset walks
✨ Lie on the grass and gaze at the stars or clouds
✨ Dine out for that delicious meal

My number one thing I miss doing that I used to do a lot of, is going for a solo walk in nature, in the peace and quiet where no one else is around, out in the bush. Just me, the birds, and all the flora and fauna.

I also love painting, whether it’s watercolour, acrylic or colouring in. I find it so soothing and calming for my mind, body and soul.
