Spinach, banana oatmeal pancakes easy to make

• 2 ripe medium bananas
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup rolled (or old fashioned)
oats (I use )
• 1 cup spinach packed
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- small sprinkle of chocolate chips is also optional. (I add
these after blending (But remember chocolate sticks to
the pan.

sometimes it’s tricky getting the right thickness to pour as all oats are not the same! You can also add a splash of your favorite non-dairy milk… Blend all of this in a blender, then fry in coconut oil… Easy Peezy! top with whatever you’d like and enjoy!! I love it with loads of butter and a little maple syrup

The ritual is simple:

Sit. Breathe. Sweat. Let go.
This is more than heat…it’s healing.
Regular sauna sessions support detoxification, reduce inflammation, boost circulation, and help your nervous system shift into rest-and-repair mode. It’s also one of my favorite ways to wind down, clear my mind, and reconnect with my body.
