Welcome to November!
We’ve been reflecting on last month’s Shire Wellbeing Festival and wanted to acknowledge everyone who took the time to donate resources to help us create an awesome experience.

And that’s a wrap! A huge thank you to our speakers for sharing your knowledge and your wisdom, to our partners for all of your support, to our audience for giving us your attention and time, and finally to our team: Vicki Hansen, Monique Baumann, and Leisle for your energy, enthusiasm and drive to breathe life into this year's Shire Wellbeing Festival.

There were so many takeaways, but here’s a short summary of the Wellbeing Tools that were shared to help you 'rise'.

The festival began with musical chanting from IndiaJiva and finished with a beautiful closing ceremony sound journey with Connie Leimbach and Peter Bajic. In between those musical bookends, we were taken into the worlds of yoga, meditation, financial wellbeing, Gut Microbiome research, anti-burnout tools, dog connection, art therapy, Indigenous Australia, and so much more.

An overarching point was that wellbeing isn't the result of one thing, but the skilful combination and usage of multiple tools to help you find inner equilibrium.
