I just had a little moment ….

I thought I’d share this because if you don’t or have never worked for yourself you may not know this happens.

I just saw a couple of people who bought tickets for the next Breathwork event.

I opened the emails and I had a big smile on my face.

2ppl. Both regulars. And my first thought was - I’m so exited to see them!!

I’ve been so privileged to work for myself for 21yrs now in industry’s where I get to help people improve their health and quality of life. It means so much to me.

You guys don’t get to see the big smiles. When we read texts that say how good you felt after a session. How much happier you’re feeling. Less anxiety. Life changing.

Pls know when ppl are genuinely in industries where we want to help people and make your lives feel happier and better, your wins are our wins too.

Big smile on my face tonight and big gratitude for you guys. It’s a privilege to be of service and I don’t take it for granted.

We now know that Breakthrough Breathwork ~ just like psychedelics ~ can give us access to parts of our brain that we don’t usually access when we are in “normal states” of consciousness.

This gives us the opportunity to go in and rewire, reconnect & transform.

One of my fave responses from our last Zoom Breathwork session and YUP! Losing all sense of time is definitely a very common thing that happens while doing Breakthrough Breathwork.

In the Zoom sessions you’re doing the Breathwork for around 50-55mins which includes the integration phase at the end where you get to lay there, return to normal Breathing and enjoy the incredible state that the Breathwork created.

After our last zoom someone said that when I wrapped things up they thought “wow- that was like 7mins Loz has seriously ripped us off” 😂😂😂 it was about 5mins.
✨
That’s just one Magic thing that can happen. A total detachment from time and space. You can seriously go someone else - and it feels amazing. The break we all need from the “too muchness” that our daily reality can sometimes be 🙏
