WELCOME TO Adriana Cortazzo Yoga....

NAMASTE divine soul, welcome. I am an Ashtanga Yoga teacher that dives deep into exploration of how we can reshape our approach to optimal living. In my class you will experience a clear awareness of how to build strength in a safe and informative way. Expect breath awareness and core stability as the foundations of how I teach the sequence of Ashtanga Yoga. I am an intuitive teacher which means that on those days when you are feeling heavy and tied it is likely that I have already tuned into that and the class will move slower and with sensitivity to your needs. I have over 30 years experience as a teacher and practitioner of yoga. I am the perpetual student which means that I am constantly exploring new possibilities. My passion is living life to its fullest potential and yoga is how I do it. I look forward to seeing you in class either online or face to face.

“Yoga with Adriana is an opportunity to stretch the skin of your soul”. Hi, I’m Adriana and my offering to you is a yoga class that will make you feel balanced, ease your stress and reintroduce you to your own inner knowing that will ultimately guide you back to a place of bliss. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and flowing practice that will strengthen your weaknesses, support your injuries and awaken what has been forgotten. Intuition is a huge aspect of how I live my life and it certainly overlaps with my teaching. If you’re still reading this, then consider that this is the sacred space that you are calling for.

Thursday nights is a slow and supportive Ashtanga class that is designed to welcome newbies to the mat. Once a month on a Sunday I offer ‘Sunday Chill Out Session’ which is an hour of meditation, breathing and gentle moves to melt your tension. Learn Yoga Courses will be on the website shortly.
