Real conversations. Honest shares. No masks.

Then we dropped for 60 push-ups — one for every man we lose globally to su***de each hour. Sixty lives. Every hour. Let that sink in.

An unreal sunrise over the water, powerful shares from the lads, and that strong sense of connection that keeps this crew coming back each week. There’s something special about starting the day shoulder to shoulder as the sun comes up.

WNOW Cronulla 🌅

Every Wednesday - 6am. Sunrise. Salt in the air and good people showing up before the world wakes up.

Our regular Wednesday sunrise meet-up continues to build , strong chat, strong coffee, and a proper reset before the day kicks off. There’s something different about starting the day on the sand with a crew that backs each other.

Same time next Wednesday. Alarm on. No excuses. 💪

Some photos from the past week, from a variety of WNOW Cronulla meet ups, including our regular Wednesday morning Sunrise session 🌅, a few of the guys that meet up on a Friday morning for the walk to Shelly Beach, and some of our members regularly attend an seperate meet ups at Over the Hill Social Gaelic at 4pm on Sundays.

Don’t forget, we have the WNOW beach footy competition at the end of March. Cronulla won the competition in 2024, and reached the final in 2025. This year is going to be bigger and more competitive than ever.
