Big news for families and little voices! 🗣️

The Medicare M10 item has expanded, and now includes support for:

• Speech Sound Disorders
• Stuttering
• Childhood Apraxia of Speech
• Cleft Lip and/or Palate

This means more children can now access early assessment and intervention with Medicare support. Early support makes a big difference in confidence, communication, and long-term outcomes.

If you’re unsure whether your child may be eligible, reach out to your GP or speech pathologist to discuss your options.
