A bit of a testimonial from our amazing hard work clients.

Nathan shares some of his experience working with us, but we thought we’d fill this section with what his achieved.

Nathan is consistent, always turning up with an amazing attitude.
Through his hard work, dedication and consistency he’s been able to improve his strength across all lifts.

Running a business, planning for a wedding and a dad of two kids, he continues to strive to do what he can. A role model which has an impact with his son now joining and loving our bootcamps.

At PSV we provide the space, accountability and the programs, but each client decides how much they want and can put in towards their goals.
Nathan deserves the credit here and we are just grateful to provide a space where he feels comfortable to train.

Just some of the crew who helped us raise $1000 for the over the weekend!

A cause close to many people’s heart including ours and we were so glad to be joined by some of our regular bootcamp clients and some newbies who popped in.

Proud of everyone who joined, donated extra and got themselves a great workout on Easter.

Thanks to for capturing the morning 📸

The $1000 was made up of those who worked out, extra donations, anonymous donor and who matched the donations from attendees over the three sessions (28 people)

We will continue to run our regular bootcamp every Saturday at 8am for anyone looking for fitness. All welcome 💙

Does anybody else make a smoothie for themselves just for others to come in and take it?

The juggle of life can be difficult, and it makes exercise hard. That’s why we love getting people to train with their partner, a friend and even their kids.

Boot camp for the kids

Last year our beautiful daughter spent some time in the Royal Children’s Hospital and for a period of time, we really weren’t sure if she would make it out.

The Royal Children’s Hospital provided us with so much support, guidance and found the problem out with our daughter and were able to fix it.
We were told it was the only hospital in Australia that could what was required to help her and that shines a light on how important the place is.

We are therefore raising money through bootcamps - all details are on the flyer.
We will be providing some food on the days for every one who attends

We aim to raise $700 through these bootcamps and have had word that will match what is raised on the day.

does great work and if you need some painting done. Reach out!

If you want to attend, send us a message and we will lock you in for a time and provide further details

Life can be overwhelming whether you have kids or not.

That’s why we pride ourselves on giving people exercise programs that suit their life.
Hobbies, family life, work/study and friends all are important to our lives, so each of those factors in the the amount of training and the depth of intensity.

We have seen how having a busy life can impact nervous systems and we make sure we do what we can now send someone’s nervous system further in to overdrive.

Concentrating on helping them build themselves with control
