What is Chiropractic Care? 👨‍⚕️🦴

Chiropractic care is all about supporting how your body moves and functions. It considers the relationship between the spine, joints, muscles and nervous system. While spinal adjustments are a well-known part of chiropractic care, today’s practice can also include gentle joint mobilisation, soft tissue therapy, guided movement, and education around posture and everyday habits.

A range of inflammatory and degenerative conditions affecting the muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, peripheral nerves and supporting blood vessels, WMSDs may be caused by a single workspace event, but commonly result from repeated harmful workspace activities over an extended period of time.
