Jess has a special interest in supporting adolescents and adults, and is skilled in therapy intervention and neuroaffirming assessment (Autism, ADHD, giftedness, SLD’s).

Jess provides a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space for clients to develop insight, self-awareness, and meaningful change. She reassures individuals that seeking support is an important step toward understanding their challenges, embracing their strengths, and creating a purposeful, fulfilling life even in the face of adversity.

I had the absolute pleasure of guest speaking today at the Mooroolbark Library for ’s Archie the Amazing Axolotl. So easy to support someone whose goals and values align so closely with my own! Congratulations Lana - I hope we can find an excuse to work together again! ✨

Very excited for a new chapter of coming in January 2026! Picked up the keys today for our new location in Mitcham 🦁✨💜🗝️🥹 We will be renovating over the next few months before we open up… hope to make it as cosy and welcoming as possible ☀️🍃

When online besties become real life besties! 👯

So lovely meeting Katie today from ♥️

I can’t recommend her creation Buddy Boo highly enough. It helps so many children going through serious trauma and I think it has so many other uses! All the kids who come into my office at LOVE using buddy as a sensory fidget (Velcro- IYKYK), and use it to communicate how they feel in a way that DOESN’T involve verbal communication.

So valuable ✨🌈📚

Can’t wait to hang out again soon!

An update on my 2025 availability - psychological services for children AND adults ✨

Assessments are currently being booked approximately 1 month in advance, with a one week turnaround for a comprehensive report. This is the earliest availability I’ve EVER had for assessments - so get in while the waitlist is short!

These services are available on-site at in Croydon (intake and feedback can be via Telehealth if required).

Supervision is available for provisional or fully registered psychologists. Availability for weekly or fortnightly ongoing sessions is limited, however individual/as needed or monthly sessions are more accessible. This can be conducted via Telehealth or on-site.

I can’t tell you what a privilege it was to be in the room with these incredible advocates, clinicians and lived-experience educators for neurodivergent voices. I’ve learned so much, and my cup is so full. There’s something about the collective hum of people with similar values working towards a better future for marginalised and misunderstood communities. Wow wow wow. Thank you 🥹♥️

By being curious about a child’s behaviour you are giving them the gift of compassion ♥️
This is what Michael the Volcano Engineer is all about - I’m so glad that parents around Australia are loving it.

Not only is it providing a framework for your child to follow and use to communicate their emotions effectively, it’s also providing you with one too!

Thank you so much Jess for sharing your feedback on your experience of reading the book with your 6-year old. I am so pleased that you both enjoyed it and found it useful.

What could be better than a book that is not only cute and fun but also practical! But then again, I’m biased 😉
