And that’s a wrap!
It has been a privilege being a part of your wellness journey. I’ve met so many beautiful people over the past 8 years and I will miss you all!
Thank you Robyn, Jacqui and the team at you have always looked after me and have been so amazing to work next to!
I am looking forward to this next chapter in my life now, and who knows, perhaps I’ll back sooner rather than later! 💚

Many of my clients are now aware that at the end of May I will be taking an extended break from my business. Possibly 12 months, maybe more, maybe less.
Ironically I have been incredibly busy this year and only have a handful of appointments still available before the end of May, so if you are wanting a tune up before then - get in quick!
During this time i have left in the clinic I will not be taking on any new clients. I am working on a list of local Bowen therapists to hopefully refer you on to also.
Thank you so much for the support you have shown me over the last 8 years 💚
Hopefully this isn’t goodbye - just bye for now!

Did you know there’s only 4 Tuesdays and 4 Thursdays until Christmas 🎄 ?!! That means pre-Christmas craziness is upon us and I am getting BUSY! If you need a tune up before Christmas book your appointment now before I am all booked up!

Also, if you have an appointment, please set yourself a reminder, put it in your diary/calendar or whatever you need to do so you don’t double book yourself or forget! All no show appointments will be charged full rates and last minute cancellations (less than 2hours notice) will incur a 50% charge.

I had the honour of completing some specialist training over the weekend and I am so excited to introduce these new procedures into my clinic! This Hormonal Release work was developed by the late Trevor Rose and taught around the world by Ron Phelan, who has now come back to Australia to teach. Symptoms of hormonal imbalances can include:

A common cause of jaw pain is actually a type of nerve entrapment. The mandibular nerve is a branch of the trigeminal nerve and can get entrapped between the medial and lateral pterygoid muscles, causing pain down along the side of the jaw. Soft-tissue and cranial work can help.
