Hi sorry you have not herd from me for a while. January 2017 I had a prostate operation because of cancer of the prostate.I did some massage after that , also I offishall retired at 73 years of age. Then it was decided I had to have Radiation therapy 39 sessions witch seamed to have worked. My cardiologist decided we had better do something about my heart valve, Mitral valve. I had known about for the last fifteen years. So in March 2018 I had a valve replacement, also they found a hole in my heart which was fixed. after every operation you are not allowed to do much for a few months. That is why no one has herd from me.
