π§‘π Autumn Vegan Long Luncheon ππ§‘
5 courses, 20 guests and 3 awesome helpers in the kitchen!
1. Grazing platters - filled with homemade crackers, 3 dips (Pumpkin and red lentil Moroccan spiced, turnip top pesto and chestnut, roasted beetroot hummus), homemade vegan cheeses with tomato relish, fig paste and feijoa and lime jam, spiced crunchy chickpeas
2. Sweet and spicy cauliflower bites with garlic aioli
3. Broccoli, choko and lemongrass soup with chilli oil
4. Mushroom risotto (huge thank you to Rebecca Bailey for supplying a gorgeous array of mushrooms π) and a salad to share (using the most crispy delicious cos lettuce from Acres and Acres Coop) π
5. Pumpkin pie with caramelised fig ice cream, caramel sauce and walnut toffee crumb π
A huge few weeks planning, testing, organising but oh so worth it π₯°
