ThinkWise Clinical Psychology is needing some more administrative help. ThinkWise is a well established private psychology clinic in Cumberland Park with a strong client base and a wonderful team of psychologists and admin support. We are needing someone (preferably with some administrative experience) to work every Mon, Tues and Wed from 3pm to 6pm (or 6:30pm on some days) as well as sick leave and annual leave cover when required. The role is a front desk position. You will receive on the job training to familiarise you with all the relevant policies and procedures of the role and the software used by the clinic.
