Sometimes the most powerful reset takes just five minutes.
A slow stretch.
A steady breath (feel where those tight spots are and send your breath there. Your body will tell you if you stop long enough to feel).
Nervous system regulation isn’t usually one magic solution. It’s the layering of small, supportive habits — movement, breath, stillness, and moments of care woven through your day.
Take a pause. Lengthen your spine. Let your shoulders soften. Allow your breath to slow. It's just 5 minutes, you have the time. And you will be amazed at the difference 5 minutes of self-care makes.
You can deepen the moment by adding a grounding oil like Adaptiv, Balance, or Anchor while you stretch or breathe. Scent has a direct line to the nervous system, and sometimes that little aromatic cue is enough to remind the body it’s safe to settle.
