The afternoon slump
The hangry snack craving
Brain fog… That’s your blood sugar talking!

It starts with little things - reaching for snacks without thinking or bored eating when you're not even hungry, forgetting to hydrate, skipping the exercise… It doesn't feel like much in the moment, but over time, it adds up.

When blood sugar rises too quickly (like after a sugar snack), the body responds by releasing insulin from the pancreas. This can lead to a sharp drop, leaving you tired, foggy and craving more sugar.
