Some moments from the last few weeks 🤍✨
From soft, spacious sessions in the clinic to the quiet magic of our group work, we’re reminded (again and again) of the power of presence and what unfolds when we meet ourselves there.

Right now, we’re in a season of deep listening. Of refinement.
Leaning gently into what wants to emerge, and sensing the stirrings of something new forming beneath the surface. It feels expansive, exciting, and at times, it’s been stretching us! The path isn’t fully clear yet, but we’ll continue to share the unfolding with you as it comes.

A gentle note ~ we have a couple of offerings coming up over the next month.
Our next New Moon Ceremony will be held on July 24th at 6pm - the last one was so potent.
We have an exciting collab for this one 💃
And our next Unified Field session will be on August 23rd, likely the last one for a little while as we tend to the foundations of Sanctōm.

A gentle return to what feels like home within the body, the heart, and within Self.
This is a time to tend to your inner world and soften the noise, and to plant intentions with the deep emotional clarity of this Cancer new moon.
We’re manifesting from embodied presence and letting intuition guide the way.

This sacred space is an offering to:

• Set soul-led intentions
• Be held in stillness and community

The last week of May was a beautifully full one for us ✨📸🌑💭

We captured the essence of what we’re creating (with the help of the incredible ), held our first New Moon ceremony in the space, and felt lots of moments that reminded us of our why 🙏🏼 There’s something about coming together - in presence, in healing, in intention - that’s just so potent it feels difficult to encapsulate in words.

The work is not about becoming hyper-independent or doing it all alone.
It’s about remembering that you already hold the medicine,
the wisdom, the rhythm of your own healing.
And when support is offered, it should remind you of that truth,
not distract you from it.
This is the path of deep self-trust.
Of embodied presence.
Of no longer outsourcing safety.
You were never too much.
Never not enough.
You are already whole - and learning to hold yourself is how you come to believe it.
