Various workshops will be on this weekend and there are still spots available if you want to join us.

Saturday 24th
Backbends from 10am - 1.00pm. $45
Come and learn how to find more ease in these challenging, but always rewarding poses. A boon to the back, they require subtle and not so subtle work to feel the benefits.

Inversions from 2.30pm - 5.30pm $45
Whether you are relatively new to your inversion practice, or have been enjoying them for a few years, come and learn different ways to practice and ways to refine your poses.

Sunday 25th
Ropes from 10am to 12.30pm $40
Come and play in the ropes! They are a wonderful way to explore the poses, as well as to explore different parts of the body. A supportive and explorative way into your practice.

Restorative & Pranayama from 2.30pm to 5pm $35
Unwind your nervous system and tune into your breath. We open the body with support to create space for the diaphragm and ribs so the breath moves with more ease. Then we learn some pranayama practices to delve deeper into that quiet space. Come out with a renewed sense of quiet ease.

Wishing you a year of rejuvenation, inspiration and joy. With a large dash of hope in these troubled times.

The 5 day morning Intensives begin next week (Monday 12th Jan) and both the Developing level and the Over 50's still have a spot or two left if you have been contemplating joining us.
A great way to get back on your mat if the festive season has disrupted your routine, or just to experience the joys of a daily practice with others.

There are still places in the workshops available as well.

Sunday 25th Jan
10am - 12.30pm Ropes
