Yes, it is a new beginning for humanity!
The frequency of Saturn returning to zero degrees of Aries, the same degree that Neptune is transiting that day, notifying the timing. Zero degrees of Aries is the starting point of an astrological chart and is referred to as the ‘world degree’. Transition to that degree can refer to planetary beginnings especially when the outer planets are indicated.
Neptune and Saturn have been travelling together for some time crossing that degree last year. Firstly their motion was forward, then retrograde or reversed apparent motion, then forward again. The 14th February is the last crossing of this degree for these two planets for many decades. Neptune is very slow moving, it travels for 165 years to complete a circuit of the zodiac. Saturn will be a lot quicker and will cross the World Degree every 29.5 years. Therefore, it can be seen this is a very unusual occurrence and important for the evolution of humanity.
For many hundreds of years Neptune has opened the minds and hearts of people all over the world. Neptune is a planetary frequency that provides an insight to a greater human experience, one of the unseen, the spiritual, the empathic, deep unity and of unconditional love. It also provides deception, illusion, devotion and confusion. This planet moves though human consciousness and demonstrates a greater existence experienced in the heart, an experience that proves the existence of the Soul or eternal self through the agency of feeling. When first experienced, it can cause mental confusion, intuitive perception, loving devotion, religious devotion, higher vision and emotional manipulation. Like all planets. Neptune has two expressions, a lower and a higher, a conditional and an unconditional. Humanity learns through experiencing a frequency that begins to connect individuals emotionally, a type of magnetic love. Over lifetimes and through familiarity and meditation, the mind begins to differentiate the illusory nature of love, how it can be manipulated and controlling, to eventually experiencing the unconditional spiritual frequency of love which is freeing and unifying. Neptune is the planet of unconditional love and works with Pluto to clarify and purify that part of our psyche that is unresolved, referred to as the shadow. The shadow contains the aspect of feeling which is wrapped up in experiences tainted by emotions confusing and containing the higher expression of love. Humans have a great Soul history often hidden by lifetimes of manipulation, sometimes by selfish intent, other times for the means of ancestral survival. The result is control, fear, or even war where the reasons are based in devotion to ideals, or doctrines to control the masses restricting higher expression. Right now, the combination of Neptune, the vision of a higher expression of love and unity and Saturn the “rules” based way of living, is meeting an impasse. The current separating structure that defines humanity’s everyday existence has expired. The Soul or spiritual self, because of the evolutionary action of Neptune, has assisted in awakening humanity to a greater purpose. The ideals formed in creating duality are breaking down. The eternal self is remembering it’s heritage, human DNA is evolving, experiencing a greater frequency of love. The next big step in evolution is taking place, the group Soul becomes a real experience for all, not something that is hard to attain, or merely a far away ideal that is outside of the self. Saturn at zero degrees of the sign of new beginnings is able to assist humanity to create a new structure that builds from the inside out, that includes all awakening lifetimes from other Galactic realms and building a world of unity, unconditionally.

It takes a belief, a knowing that humanity comes from the one source. Separation is not believing that every individual expression is valuable. Magic is who we are, express it every day and participate in rebuilding this planet just by releasing the magic that is within. It could truly change this world in a micro second if we all could do this together.
