For thousands of years, we’ve walked the same loop, meeting ourselves through the mirror of others, through pain, through shadow.

The teaching of Yeshua was resurrection not of leaving life, but of awakening within.

We’ve carried the cross of our wounds, faced duality, and fought battles within and without. Yet there comes a moment when we are ready:

Ready to see.
Ready to understand.
Ready to choose differently.

We step down from the cross not denying shadow, but honoring it as teacher. Thanking it for showing us how we love, protect, and hurt.

This is the resurrection within:
Where shadow and light no longer fight,
Where we fully feel life without attachment,
Flowing from one moment to the next.

We expand into the earth, the universe, the infinite field of possibilities fully human, fully present.

We integrate everything we’ve been. The wheel slows. The loop softens. And for the first time, we choose:

To walk into Christ consciousness,
To embody resurrection,
To live fully in this sacred body, our temple.

The teaching of bamboo lives within us

There is a part of us that stands tall, rooted, unwavering.
This is our inner masculine the one who knows our direction, who holds us steady, who rises even after the storm.

And there is a part of us that moves with life, that listens, that flows with the winds without losing itself.
This is our inner feminine the one who feels, adapts, and trusts the unseen movement.

Bamboo does not choose between the two.
It embodies both.

It reaches for the sky…
while dancing with the wind.

And this is the teaching:
We are not here to be rigid.
We are not here to collapse.

We are here to become graceful strength.

To stand in our truth
while remaining open enough to move, to feel, to transform.

Within us, the masculine gives direction.
Within us, the feminine gives flow.

Together… they create harmony.

Today, we walk out of the shadow and into awareness.
Into peace.
Into flow.
Into movement.
Into strength.
Into wisdom.
Into love.
Into connection.
Into the dance of life.

Into all that we choose to be within.

Where are we being asked to stand taller?
Where are we being invited to stay open and in flow?

Women’s Day is Every Day — and Today We Rise

Being a woman is not about fitting into someone else’s story. It’s not about being small, soft, or waiting for permission to shine. We have lived in times where life demanded we be warriors, where survival asked us to harden, to carry the weight of others, to feel beyond what we could hold.

But now, those old patterns are breaking. Being a woman is not about hiding, bending, or trying to balance. Being a woman is about being fully ourselves unapologetically, boldly, and truthfully. It’s about speaking the words that need to be spoken, moving in wisdom, freedom, and grace, and standing firm in our own energy without harming the world around us.

I am a woman.
I am truth, presence, and power.
I do not shrink. I do not harden.
I speak what must be spoken in peace, in clarity, in courage.
I am strong within, radiant without.
I move in authenticity, I act in freedom, and in this, I change everything.

Today, and every day, we remember:
Being a woman is not about survival it’s about awakening.
It’s not about being more feminine, less masculine, or bending to anyone else’s rules.
It’s about owning our truth, our voice, our fire, and letting it move through the world in power, wisdom, and love.

This is our declaration: our womanhood is our liberation, our strength, our presence and it is unstoppable.

We used to meet in trauma bonds. Now, we’re learning to meet in truth and authenticity and we don’t fully know what it looks like yet. We’re creating it as we go.

Many of us on the planet are moving into the next phase of consciousness. In this space, there’s a new depth of being with self a place where we feel truly part of our inner world. Every moment in this presence is alive, moving, and expansive. Time dissolves. The past no longer attaches; it only shows its wisdom.

Our nervous systems are recalibrating, our voices are opening, our energy and chakras are realigning in the now. When we show up in presence, we meet whatever arises fully. Even triggers no longer make us project or freeze. We feel, we process, we speak from truth and authenticity, not from wound.

Everything that appears in this moment every thought, emotion, or experience brings another depth of infinite self, another doorway of possibility within our energetic field. Our higher consciousness calls it forth, and it arrives in human consciousness here in the now. The old wants to linger in the mind, but it no longer stays. It shows itself, teaches, and dissolves, making space for something new, aligned, and fully who we are today.

It’s intense, it’s moving, it’s still, it’s free.
It’s a precious moment of gratitude and evolution.
This process is alive, and we are learning to trust it stepping into the unknown of knowing that we can do it, that we are doing it.

Your nervous system is your guide. 🌿

For so long, it has kept you safe fighting, freezing, fawning, or shutting down. Survival was its intelligence, its protection. But survival is not living. Life is meant to flow, to feel, to move, to be fully embodied
When you recalibrate your nervous system, you begin to live: softness replaces tension, curiosity replaces fear, and your body becomes your ally. Tiny steps a pause, a breath, a small truth spoken teach your system that being yourself is safe.

Movement, energy, flow like water, like light this is how you return to life.

If today there is something you are ready to shed…
something that no longer serves you…
a fear, a pattern, a story you’ve carried in the depths

today is the day to meet it.

Look at it fully.
Not to fight it.
Not to judge it.
But to see it, feel it, and release it.

Because tomorrow… we move.

We rise as the Wild Fire Horse.

Uncontainable.
Unprogrammable.
Unstoppable.

Not in rebellion
but in sovereignty.

The Fire Horse does not run from shadow.
It has walked through it.
It has learned from it.
It carries its wisdom forward.

Everything we met in the dark becomes strength in the light.

Freedom with wisdom.
Wildness with awareness.
Power with presence.
Movement with stillness.

We have met the Dragon.
We have shed with the Snake.
We have made truce with the fire.

And now…
We are the Fire Horse.
Wild. Peaceful. In movement. In authenticity.
In infinite possibility.

We are preparing for tomorrow’s portal.
We are ready.
We were born for this moment.

The horizon is calling
and we answer together.

WORTHINESS. Let’s talk about it.

Most of us were taught that we must earn our worth.

Work hard.
Don’t ask for too much.
Be realistic.
Don’t spend too much.
Prove yourself.

And slowly we learned:
“I am only worthy if I achieve.”
“I am only safe if I don’t want too much.”

But here is my truth.

Even though I have walked through moments in life where I didn’t feel worthy…
Somewhere deep inside, I always felt I had enough.

That seed was planted in childhood.

Not because we had material abundance.
But because my mother gave me real presence. Real love. Real expansion from within her.

What she gave may have seemed small from the outside
but I felt it through her eyes, through her soul, through her heart.

And nothing felt missing.

Worthiness is not about what you own.
It’s not about what you produce.
It’s not about how hard you work.

It’s a nervous system state.

If receiving feels unsafe, we shrink.
If wanting feels selfish, we contract.

So we change the pattern gently.

Today, I allowed myself to receive a pair of plaited gold earrings that felt beautiful to me. Not because I justified it. Not because I proved something.

But because I desired them and I allowed myself to feel worthy.

That is how patterns shift.

One safe act of receiving at a time.

You are not worthy because you worked hard.

You are worthy because you are.

Rite of Passage — Beyond Time

In this existence, nothing feels rushed or late.
Life doesn’t unfold through time as we were taught it unfolds through passages.

Moments don’t arrive on a schedule.
They arrive when the inner landscape is ready.

As we evolve, these passages don’t disappear.
We simply meet them from a deeper place.

Challenges still arise, yet there is a knowing beneath them:
this is not happening to us — it is happening for us.

Not to test us,
but to bring us back into alignment.
To invite a kind of trust that exists beyond logic and planning.

Recently, something shifted beneath the surface.
Not in a way that could be measured
but in a way that could be felt.

And then everything paused.

I was stopped literally.
In the middle of nowhere.
The truck had to pause. No tyres available. No immediate solution.

And yet, I was calm.

There was no urgency, no resistance.
We simply met what was there, one step at a time.

Somewhere deeper, I knew this pause was needed.
Not accidental.
Not wrong.

It felt as though life was working on a level beyond what the eyes could see
guiding us inward, into a deeper trust, into a deeper meeting with ourselves.

Not to push forward.
Not to force direction.
But to settle into presence.

Then, without effort, things moved again.

Five new tyres were fitted.
The road opened.
Movement returned smooth, steady, uncomplicated.

And that night, we arrived by the ocean.
A view waiting.
A space to breathe.
A moment of integration.

What appeared as delay was alignment.
What looked like interruption was support.

The journey continues
not faster, not slower
just truer.

And maybe that is the real teaching:
Life doesn’t move by time.
It moves by readiness.
And when we trust that, the road unfolds with ease, depth, and quiet certainty.

As I rest for a moment between clients in the tent at the Root Festival,I am surrounded by 650 women walking, breathing, laughing, crying fully themselves. Empowered. Truthful. Authentic. Safe. Raw.

In this space, I feel the depth of the feminine energy within me. Something opens. And in that opening, I meet all the aspects of my being as a woman across lifetimes, across incarnations.

I see an African woman dancing.
A shaman drumming.
A medicine woman singing.
A peasant.
A queen
so many of me in this moment passing by within me remembering

I see them all.

All the parts of myself that have lived, learned, loved, and returned over and over again so that in this lifetime I may stand fully as who I truly am. An authentic woman, here, now, in this world.

Watching these women walk together, feeling the deep threads that connect us—through motherhood, through wounds, through remembrance fills me with strength and hope for humanity. We are evolving. We are remembering. We are coming home to the true selves we came here to be.

I invite all women to meet themselves in truth and authenticity.
Because when you walk with that truth, you expand into your real self.
You begin to feel safe with yourself, in yourself—as the woman you are.

Empowered.
Creative.
Life-giving.

We are the ones who shape this world. We are the portal through which life arrives, generation after generation.

And yes—men are part of this too. They carry the seed, which we receive, nurture, and transform through this sacred gateway of creation. It is a shared dance, an ancient balance, honoured through time.

So let us walk together in truth, in authenticity in safety in remembrance so we may bring forth a more conscious, loving, and beautiful world.

“I walk in truth. I embody my authentic self. I am safe to be fully me.”
