Yin teaches us to open into our body from a different perspective ‘We don’t don’t use our body to get into a posture we use the posture to get into our body’ (Sarah Powers 2019 - Lit from Within). Suitable for beginners to advanced, all age groups, ideal for balancing our masculine and feminine energies. A wonderful practice to heal multidimensionally.
