I recently lost access to both personal and business Instagram accounts so I'm starting fresh with a new account . This is actually merging both personal and business accounts together why? Well less time on social media is a good thing in my books, also more personal content as well as super informative/educational content all in the one spot.

My favourite treatment of all time 😍🥰

Many of my clients have had such profound experiences from our healing reiki treatment.

We will begin your reiki session with a guided meditation with sound healing to relax you into your reiki session. Once you are relaxed your therapist will begin Reiki.

Many clients describe their experience as “Ultimate Relaxation” as they drift off into another dimension.

Everyone’s experience with Reiki is different. Many feel heat/cool sensations, tingling, vibration, see light or colours and some even see spirit guides or passed loved ones.

It is best to come into a Healing Reiki Session with an open mind and no expectations and just feel into the experience.

Yep go back and read it again! It's most likely that you have at some point experienced anxiety. Sometimes you may not even understand the cause of your anxiety.

When we do some digging around what anxiety is and what causes it. It comes back to the root problem of our emotions NOT being VALIDATED. This leaves us with the belief that we shouldn't feel how we feel (a very common childhood trauma). When you fear yourself that leads to a constant state of anxiety.

When we validate our emotions, trust ourselves, listen to our internal compass and take time to sit and pause that's where anxiety disappears ❤️
