Today I got the keys to my brand new Kia Sportage. Thanks to Evee at Ken Mills Toyota Kingaroy 😊 Heartfelt Ceremonies with Simone has officially got wheels of its own. It’ll be on the road all over the South Burnett and Toowoomba this weekend as I have 2 weddings and a baby naming 🥰

A big day today! Went to have a sticky beak at the new expansion out at and took along to get some content for her first visit. is one of my favourite venues (okay… it IS my favourite venue) and the couples that get hitched out there are pretty damn special. I can’t wait to marry so many lovely 2026 couples at this cracker venue.

I’m Simone, a marriage celebrant based in rural Queensland, and I’m so pleased to be part of this beautiful wedding community.

I have had the privilege of officiating over 250 weddings since 2021 across some truly special locations. From Dusty Hill Vineyard in the South Burnett to Jimbour in the Western Downs, Preston Peak Functions in the Darling Downs, Colinton Country Lodge & Barn in the Somerset Region, and private farm properties tucked away in rural and remote locations (out west to Boulia and beyond).

I specialise in relaxed, heartfelt ceremonies that reflect who you are as a couple. Whether that’s something deeply elegant and formal, joyful and light-hearted, or a perfect blend of both. I believe ceremonies should feel memorable, personal, grounded, and genuinely you.

I am FULLY BOOKED for 2026, but 2027 bookings are now open with peak season starting to fill quickly.

Conrad and I would like to thank you for being our Celebrant and MC on our wedding day.

You were the perfect choice for us as you put us both at ease, your warm friendly nature is just beautiful. We loved the way that you wrote ‘our story’ for the ceremony, you captured who we are and what our life together is like. You looked after Conrad and his best man Dave before the ceremony and assisted them with their corsages, I’m grateful for that 🙂

As for your MC role, everything ran according to our plan, we all had to contend with different types of weather on the day but you handled it all with ease.
I really appreciated you as the MC as it took a lot of pressure off us and other family members who were able to sit back and enjoy the night. You were right on time with everything that occurred with the reception (Bridal dances, announcing dinner, cake cutting etc), you were adaptable to some slight changes that we needed to make due to the rain.

I received many wonderful compliments that night on how lovely you are, how you engaged with the guests and how well you spoke during the ceremony and at the reception.

Conrad and I are truly grateful that you were such a big part of our day. We would recommend you in a heartbeat to anyone that is looking for a marriage celebrant who is down to earth and loves what they do.

They found each other in 2021 in a place neither of them expected… at the caloundrarsl. Absolute proof that love doesn’t need perfect timing, just the right two people.

Conrad & Tina came together with full lives behind them, stories etched deep, lessons learned, and hearts that knew exactly what they were (and weren’t) willing to settle for. This wasn’t rushed love. This was chosen love.

Later-in-life love carries a different kind of magic… it’s grounded, intentional, and deeply appreciative. It’s two people saying, “I know who I am now… and I choose you.”

Their story is a beautiful reminder that there is no deadline on love, no expiry date on connection, and no such thing as “too late.” Sometimes, love simply waits until you’re ready to truly receive it.

Conrad & Tina, may this next chapter be filled with laughter, companionship, and the quiet joy that comes from finding your person exactly when you’re meant to 🤍
