DALWALLINU – WHO’S READY TO MOVE?! 💪🔥
After a lovely little face vs spider incident and 4 days in hospital (standard Dalwallinu welcome apparently 😅)… I am officially BACK and READY!
And I would LOVE to start my fitness classes at our local gym 🏋️♀️
Now before anyone says it…
“Yes but the gym’s small…”
Let me just say this — you have NO idea what I’m capable of 😉
Energy, structure and smart programming beat square metres every time.
Here’s the exciting part 👇
✅ The Shire has approved my proposal
✅ You do NOT need a gym membership to attend classes
✅ $15 per class
✅ I cover the gym fee back to the Shire
⚠️ Important clarification:
The Shire does require private personal training clients to hold a current gym membership.
The no-membership arrangement applies to group fitness classes only.
This is proper community fitness.
I run HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) — so yes, I’ll get your heart rate up 🔥
But I also make sure you recover.
You are in control.
You are NOT competing with anyone.
You train at YOUR level.
Age is not a barrier. I had the most incredible group of male and female participants in my last town. I will challenge anyone when it comes to strong abs.
If you think you can move… you can train.
No excuses 😉
