This was such an interesting case of a beautiful patient of mine with hormonal issues, low progesterone being one.

I was surprised to see this test result of one of my patient who had such low vitamin D that it could not be detected in his blood.
He had symptoms of fatigue or low energy
Low mood, anxiety and depression.He had
frequent illnesses (weakened immunity),hair loss bone pain or tenderness and muscle weakness with
joint pain or stiffness.He insisted that he will try to get it from sunlight but most of you who neglect Vitamin D should realise that supplementation is important as absorption can be affected due to various factors.There is a high risk of cancers and autoimmune disorders with Vitamin deficiency which can be prevented only if supplements are taken consistently

This is a resolved case of a patient with non alcoholic fatty liver for few years.The only symptom the patient presented with was Fatigue.
Not feeling well, or malaise.
Pain or discomfort in the upper right belly area and no help from her doctor. But proper diet and supplements helped get rid of her symptoms and chronically lingering fatty liver
