This was such an interesting case of a beautiful patient of mine with hormonal issues, low progesterone being one.

I was surprised to see this test result of one of my patient who had such low vitamin D that it could not be detected in his blood.
He had symptoms of fatigue or low energy
Low mood, anxiety and depression.He had
frequent illnesses (weakened immunity),hair loss bone pain or tenderness and muscle weakness with
joint pain or stiffness.He insisted that he will try to get it from sunlight but most of you who neglect Vitamin D should realise that supplementation is important as absorption can be affected due to various factors.There is a high risk of cancers and autoimmune disorders with Vitamin deficiency which can be prevented only if supplements are taken consistently

This is a resolved case of a patient with non alcoholic fatty liver for few years.The only symptom the patient presented with was Fatigue.
Not feeling well, or malaise.

A difficult case of a kidney disease in a diabetic patient resolved in around 6 months.
High creatinine and albuminuria (elevated levels of albumin in the urine) are both indicators of potential kidney problems. Albuminuria, also known as proteinuria, is a sign that the kidneys’ filtering system may be damaged, allowing albumin to leak into the urine. Creatinine, a waste product of muscle metabolism, is typically filtered out of the blood by the kidneys; elevated creatinine levels in the blood suggest that the kidneys are not filtering as efficiently as they should. Together, these two markers can indicate kidney disease.
