Update: From 1st July 2022, the NDIA has introduced changes to the language used around a Participant’s plan.

This includes changes to NDIS terminology:
The NDIA have amended legislation to allow for plan variations (a light touch plan review or plan extension).
•A plan variation allows access to additional support or funding without needing a full plan review.
•A plan reassessment has now replaced the phrase "plan review."
•An internal review of a decision has replaced the term "S100" review.

Update: The NDIA has released an updated 'NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits' document, which came into effect from 1 July 2022.

This includes changes to Short Notice Cancellations: Participants must now give providers seven (7) clear days’ notice if they wish to cancel scheduled support. If less than 7 days’ notice is provided, or the participant does not show up for scheduled support, then the provider can charge for 100% of the price of the support/service.
