Real Talk….
As an elite athlete or in a professional field with high expectations of yourself sometimes you can feel lost. People see you and put you on a pedestal & get inspired by you. The pressure you put on yourself is huge, to become better than average, to be in the 1% of the world where you live your dream & many others. You thrive in that environment.
Sometimes life’s circumstances change & it can be taken away from you, sometimes it’s out of your control. You tell yourself it’s going to be ok. But sometimes you feel lost. You have an amazing life out side your profession or sport but it’s not enough for you. You feel like your in limbo, you life is like a caged lion in a zoo who’s lost the killer instinct with glazed eyes.

Speak out, talk. It could be to family, friends or a person outside your circle. Sometimes the person you least expect maybe the person who can guide you.
This goes to everyone, at we are always here to help, support & listen in anyway we can.
