Coomealla Health Aboriginal Corporation (CHAC) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation that provides comprehensive, holistic primary health care services to the people of the Dareton and district. We are committed to providing Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander peoples with high quality, appropriate, efficient and effective primary health care and related services. CHAC provides health related services to the Greater Sunraysia area of NSW and Victoria, the Organisation is managed by the Community and elected Board Members that are active participants to oversee the service provisions of CHAC. CHAC operates on the belief that people are responsible for their own health, but need the support, assistance and information from an Aboriginal Community Controlled Service. OUR VISION

We achieve our vision by delivering comprehensive primary health care services to approximately 15,000 people in the communities of Wentworth, Ellerslie, Pooncarie, Dareton, Buronga, Gol Gol, Euston and Balranald.
