BodyMindLife Yoga & Pilates was created from our love, curiosity and passion for the journey inwards. Through dynamic vinyasa and yin yoga, Pilates Reformer classes and meditation, we aim to balance the body, calm the mind and reduce the stress of busy city living. Our light and airy studios are purpose built to provide a healing and nourishing space, with qualified Wellness Centre practitioners on hand to enhance our holistic approach to health. Some of you may know Dean as our Bondi Lifeguard since 2000! Deano is also a qualified PT, Oxygen Advantage Master Instructor, Contrast Therapy Coach and Yoga Teacher.

Some of you may know our amazing Yoga teacher Katy from around Bondi. Katy is a big part of the community and has been teaching yoga in Sydney since 2014!
She has also been delivering Power of the Breath workshops globally with Deano since 2018!

Together, they’ve studied with world leaders in biohacking, movement, breathwork, nutrition, meditation and stress management.
Their aim is to bring you simple, practical tools that create real shifts.
